		Tony DiEigido - Tony was born in Wilmington, Delaware in 1945 and graduated from Salesianum High School in 1963. He attended Temple University where he graduated with a degree in Architecture in 1966. Upon graduation, he started working in various segments of the residential construction industry and in 1969 he started designing and building homes as Bestfield Builders, Inc. Tony has been a member of the Home Builders Association of Delaware since 1969 and was awarded the Builder of the Year award in 1993. Tony also achieved Life Director status from the Home Builders Association of Delaware. In 1999, he and Dan Martelli merged their companies and created Bestfield Homes. Tony lives in Wilmington and has two children and three grandchildren. He enjoys classic cars, travel, fitness and family.

		Dan Martelli - Dan was born in 1955 in Wilmington, Delaware and is one of nine children in his family. He graduated high school in 1973, entered the U.S. Army that same year and was honorably discharged three years later. Dan attended William and Mary College and graduated from the University of Delaware in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He started his homebuilding career that year and built over 300 homes as Martelli Builders. In 1995, Dan was awarded the Builder of the Year award from the Home Builder’s Association of Delaware (HBA/DE) and was subsequently honored as a Life Director by HBA/DE. In 1999, he and Tony DiEgidio merged their companies and created Bestfield Homes. Dan and his wife Liz live in Brandywine Hundred and have two adult sons. He enjoys mountain biking, skiing, hiking and surfing in his free time.

		Dennis Miller - Dennis was born in West Grove, PA in 1954. He graduated from Octorara High School in 1972 and immediately started in the home building business working for a large volume builder in Pennsylvania and eventually worked his way up to the superintendent level. Dennis was employed by Martelli Builders for 20 years and followed Dan Martelli when he merged that company with Bestfield Homes. He was promoted to General Superintendent and was responsible for managing all of Bestfield's projects. In January of 2006 Dennis was appointed as a new partner with Bestfield Homes. Dennis lives in Ocean View, DE with his wife Melissa and enjoys relaxing with family and friends, fishing and boating.

		Guy Waites - Guy was born in South Carolina in 1958 and moved to Delaware at a young age. He graduated high school in 1977 and joined the U.S. Marines that same year. After six years, he was honorably discharged. He started his career at Bestfield Homes in 1993 after spending years working in the mortgage industry. Since 1993, Guy has sold over $100,000,000.00 of new homes and has won many Regal Awards from the Home Builders Association of Delaware for his sales achievements. Recently he has risen to the position of Sales Manager and now manages all of Bestfield’s marketing, advertising and new homes sales. Guy’s extensive knowledge of the various mortgage programs is valuable to today’s buyers. He also achieved the distinguished certification of Member of Institutional Marketing (MIRM) as awarded by the National Association of Home Builders. Guy and his wife Robin live in the Middletown area with their two daughters and he enjoys golfing, scuba diving and many other outdoor sports in his free time.

		Scott Bradley - Scott was born in Wilmington, Delaware in 1966 and graduated from St. Mark’s high school in 1984. He continued his education in Architecture at Drexel University and Mechanical Engineering at Delaware Technical and Community College. He founded Monarch Construction, a residential remodeling company and Arcadian Design, a Drafting and Mechanical Design firm. After selling these two businesses in 2002, Scott joined Bestfield Homes as Construction Manager. In January of 2006 Scott was appointed as a new partner with Bestfield Homes. Scott enjoys antiquing, woodworking, classic cars and horticultural and lives in Newark with his wife.
